Zero if I could. Made an appointment on Tuesday 3/24 for 3/30 at 12 for a haircut with Jessica. I got many texts and emails reminding me of the appointment as well as their cancellation policy. I wanted to like this place and my hair but after a couple of days I realized just how bad my experience was. Everything was going good until the stylist needed to use the bathroom and sent me into another chair with a stylist who just walked in the door to “finish me up”. Me and the other stylist were very confused because it seemed like a rushed decision (especially since she came out of the bathroom 5 minutes later).
