Absolutely love this place! Been for a hyrox sim and a deadly dozen comp, and both times was welcomed as if id been a member for years, such a supportive,encouraging gym. Feel like family as soon as you walk through the doors. I really wish I was local so that I could sign upto membership, but still worth the 140 mile round trip 💪💪
The best gym around ♂️ ♂️ AJ takes pride in everything that he does in his gym, cleanliness is on point equipment is all looked after and serviced regularly. The sessions are brilliant and will push you out of your own comfort zone. AJ is affiliated to many sporting events too (hyrox, Athx, deadly dozen etc) Just the best.

I started at this gym in February of 2025 at about 18 months post partum. I couldn't do much - my fitness was awful (burpees really hurt my csection scar!)... AJ gave me alternative movements to the already planned circuit and helped with advice as well as motivation. Now, 8 months in, I am considering taking part in the Hyrox/Athx sims. My fitness has increased (I am able to do burpees, run(a bit) and lift weights I never even imagined!) and I am starting to see a real difference physically.
