The whole process of shop at home was professional and transparent. My stair carpeting needed replacement that went with what was existing on the adjoining floors. Fred brought multiple samples from which I could select. After my order came in, I was consulted about the installation date. The crew who came to the house (on time) worked diligently and efficiently to leave me with excellent results. I couldn't be happier!
