Absolutely terrible experience. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor, timing was inconsistent, and expectations were not met at all. On top of that, they charged a fortune for the service, which made the whole experience even worse. What really crossed the line was that they didn’t even return my key promptly and treated me like a criminal the entire time — completely unacceptable, especially when I’m a healthcare clinician just trying to get a basic service done. Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and very thorough. They removed stains I thought would never come out. My car looks and smells amazing now!
