We ordered an enclosed car port through Zach, at AJ Portable Buildings. We went back numerous times with measurements and questions. He was so helpful each time we visited. We are more than happy with the building. The crew who installed it worked quick and tirelessly and had it assembled in less than 10 hours. I would highly recommend Zach, he was a great salesman. And I would highly recommend AJ’s for your portable building.
The guy ran right out to show us all the shed/outbuilding options they carry. 50 year warranty on the building 40 year warranty on the metal roof. They seem well built/sturdy, very heavy construction. Built on skids, so they can be moved. (Not on a foundation.) However, you will be required to maintain the painted exterior in the future. Delivery time, 4-5 weeks depending on model. Fairly priced for what you get. This place is in the middle for prices.... not cheap, but definitely not the most expensive we saw.
We delt with Marcus on getting a new shead he was 💯 a joy to work with ,he was a jokester, funny, didn't pressure us to buy something
