I took a long ride to get here. It was a total waste of time and I left feeling insulted. I brought a little hardware rig in a baggie with me, about my rain shower, so it would be easier to explain what the issue was, with ONLY 1 PART. ALL I NEEDED WAS A FLANGE OR NUT, which I found out later ANY ACTUAL HARDWARE STORE SHOULD HAVE. Instead, the little man yelled at me that he didn't sell this stuff.
