Louis came out right away when we had a flooded basement on Sunday, with large industrial pumps, for as long as it took to get all of the water out and drying machines so mold wouldn't develop later.
Dispatcher Paige called me and told me that plumber Bailey would be there within an hour. This was at 10 AM. I called back at 11:35 AM since he had not came they told me he ran into some traffic waited another hour and a half and called back they told me he was in Frasier next to me and he will be there soon waited another half an hour and they told me that he was on he was coming down my block.
