Working with AJ physical therapy and performance has been such a blessing in this season of my life. As a mom of five — including newborn twins — I desperately needed help making food simple but still nourishing. Jennica guided me to view food as fuel, helped me focus on what I was putting into my body, and gave me realistic strategies that fit into our busy days. I worked with Jeremy and did their TPI assessment. As an ex-collegiate golfer, I found the assessment to be thorough, informative and valuable. Even if you are not in pain, I think visiting with and working with Jeremy and Andy is worthwhile. No matter your skill level on the course. I will be recommending their office to my family, friends and golfers I meet.
