I purchased a NZ-new Toyota Prius Alpha from AJ Motors in September 2025. Overall the service was good and the price was fair. I didn't bargain too hard because I had asked that the car be thoroughly cleaned and obtain a new warrant and registration. This was agreed and ultimately the vehicle required a new battery. Three days later I went to collect the vehicle and was a tad annoyed that it was not cleaned inside or out (only vacuumed). Absolutely top class service. Initially applied for finance on a vehicle which was turned down by the finance company. Found a better car in next to no time, given an excellent deal, I could not be happier. Many thanks to William, Sarenna and Rhoda who were all so friendly and helpful. Would give more than 5 stars if possible, just a wonderful experience and would give a 110% recommendation to anyone buying a car. Rhoda, maraming salamat, you were delightful.
