Great customer service and responsiveness. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jim. He was so focused on listening to me and ensuring I got what I needed.
Jim is an expert in his field. He thought of every details and gave us options. He walked us thought every step of how to safely use all aspects of our van and the accommodations.
I am glad that we only needed it for one appointment....a little too big for my taste, don't get me wrong.....it was awesome and great to drive but I am sure happy we could rent it.
Fabulous experience! My husband was recently do with ALS and we were pretty much stuck in the house. So we rented a Van to do the recent ALS walk in WI. When I got the Van home and my husband settled into the van, the joy in his face and attitude was so refreshing. The team at A&J was truly caring and friendly and will definitely be using their services again. We will also be looking into possibly purchasing a disability van from them in the near future. Thank you A&J for making our weekend special.
