Brought my wife's car in for an interior detail. The car was fine when we dropped it off. When we picked it up, the driver's side seat would not lock in the upright position. Someone came out and looked at it, I assume Adam, and said they did nothing to cause the issue. Frustrated, I drove the car home, with the seat full reclined.
