Unprofessional, doesn't properly train employees. I could go on and on.
I had Aj medical for one if my rides yesterday. Fantastic. The driver called to let me know he was a little behind and apologized. When I got into the vehicle he asked if I needed the air conditioner on, was very polite kind and courteous. Thoroughly appreciated them!
Driver was 40 mins late; no explanation. Immediately started to speed, dodge cars, tailgate, slam brakes; road rage. Took me one hour AWAY from my home. I felt kidnapped and terrorized. Got out of their van and was stranded. Driver stalked me and confronted me after I left van. AJ Medical management did NOTHING. Did not contact me at all to explain. BAD COMPANY! BAD DRIVERS! I am traumatized! Filed police report. (Large man, grey hair, balding, baseball cap. No identifying license visable in van.)
