I just wanted to write this review for the excellent customer service at AJ Madison. We ordered the wrong size washer and dryer for our space, and Amanda helped us sort it out quickly and conveniently, even though we were a few days past the returns deadline. This was stressful, and it really helped that she responded to multiple emails in a matter of minutes! Although this was our mistake, it was really nice that AJ Madison worked with us to resolve our issue. Always worth it to go with the local company!
Grace from AJ Madison was excellent to work with to nail down all the kitchen appliances for our new kitchen. She had great suggestions of what to add/remove to meet our needs. I’ve purchased from AJ Madison before, and will be back again the next time I’m looking for major appliances. Price is right, delivery is free and customer service is great. Looking forward to delivery of the new set-up.
