Meir at AJ Madison went above and beyond in helping get an appliance we needed for a kitchen remodel in a timely fashion. Had not used AJ Madison previously but will certainly look to do so on the future! More kudos for Meir. My appliance got hung up in shipping, but Meir got it unstuck and on its way fast! This is the trashiest store with the absolute worse service that you could purchase appliances from. They delivered a broken microwave, then refused to send a replacement, and took days at a time to respond to communications after lying and telling me they'd get back with me in 1-2 days(a week later, still no response). Let me make this very clear. They send broken products, upon delivery, refuse to respond regarding these issues, and REFUSE to rectify the issue. This is LITERAL FRAUD. I ordered a new washer/dryer combo from them and their customer service was stellar. Meir went above and beyond to ensure I had all the parts needed and even helped schedule delivery and take away. Ask for him if you need the best!
