Was pleasantly surprised when they came out within 30 minutes of my call requesting service on the first day. I thought these guys were going to be great. They even said they’d remove a stump by my house “really easily,” which had me elated. Then the next week it rained on the appointed cutting day, and I received a message saying they would show up “sometime this week.” OK fine, I get that mowing schedules can be messed up with the weather.
