Great trouble free HVAC installation. Thanks
Keith and his guys have replace both of our hvac systems now with one to include all duct work replacement. Both times Keith has been great priced and the install with both went smooth. A few hiccups happen but Keith and his guys took care of it and made everything right. I will continue to use them with the rest of my installs and hvac work.
Keith installed our Heat Pump system about 3 1/2 years ago, and the blower motor failed while still under warranty. I called on a Tuesday, late morning. He sent his employee out to check out the problem within 90 minutes. Unfortunately, getting a new part from the manufacturer would take almost a week because of the weekend, and that was going to pose a big problem for us. Excellent experience all around! Very professional but also very personable. This was an expensive installation, but at a very reasonable cost. And it was done absolutely on schedule with as little disruption as possible. I fully recommend A&J for all HVAC work!
