The Best...we were very happy with the quality of service we received on our unit..left the other company we had been with for years..Best decision we have made in years...our first encounter with Ulysses was 2yrs ago..he did an emergency install on our water heater..Beautiful Job!! It's been a week. Never called me back. I understand they are busy, but never called back after leaving a message of no heat. Don't have a answering machine say you will get back as soon as possible then never call. Shame.
