Went in a was a little late for appointment, however my grandmother just needed a touch up and and said she couldn’t do it in 15 min and turned us away, my grandmother was not happy thus I’m not happy bc in all my years I’ve never heard such a statement and will never go back
Came in to see if they could do a walk in hair cut. Nothing snazzy. Alice asked a blonde haired curly headed lady if she had time since her appointment didn’t come in til 4pm keep in mind it was only 1:20pm and she smirked and said nooo.
