I called and asked if they purchased used mobility chairs. The person I spoke with was short, rude and seemed completely irritated I called. I feel the business failed to provide the basic courtesy expected, especially in a field that serves individuals with, or caring for those with, mobility needs. I can only guess his customer support is questionable. Spend your money somewhere else. Call Rogue Valley Mobility in Grants Pass they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

On a family RV trip when my grandmother's wheelchair broke. The front wheel bent while on a trail. Randomly found this shop online and he had it repaired within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, very fast repair. HIGHLY recommend this shop. Thank you for saving our vacation!

Well had a friend that needed a check over of her scooter. This my buddy from long time ago when I was called handlebars. He is the man when it comes to anything Grom or scooter wise. He didn't disappoint and instead of it being 900 bucks like another company said it so far has been 90 bucks. A.j. your the man. Face it promotions approved

We bought a scooter there yesterday and were very impressed with the staff. They are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was very low pressure, and although we only went there to get an idea of what we wanted and how much it would cost, they were so helpful we left with a scooter. My Mom loves her new scooter! Thanks, A&J Mobility! You're the best!

We rented a wheelchair from Anthony for my Dad while he was in town visiting from Indiana. Anthony was so kind and provided great customer service. Thank you!
