If I could give 10 stars I would. Tony the owner and his associate Lucia were absolutely wonderful. Talented, fun and gracious every step of the way. They helped with design and picking materials. They were on the spot to address any concerns and were just delightful to work with. The crew was friendly and polite, cleaned up every day and arrived on time every morning, The experience from start to finish was the best. They will be my go to team for any work I need that they do. I love my new entryway, thank you!
I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews about AJ Criss. "I recently hired them to renovate my yard using plans that I obtained from a landscape designer. Not only did they execute the plans flawlessly, but they also worked with us to improve the plans and make sure we were satisfied with the end result. AJ Criss Industries did a fantastic job on our property here in Escondido. We were having a bad erosion problem since part of the property is on a hill. They graded the hillside, put down a concrete base-class 2, added new drainage and retaining walls, and re-planted a hillside that just had weeds and old ice plant. Friend of mine recommended them. I called, she came did measurements of my backyard, then they needed to redo the measurements , she called me, made the appointment, never showed up, and no explanation. I'm disappointed.
