By far the rudest contractor I have ever had to deal with, and I didn't even work with him. I called Andy for a quote on a small job regarding some water damaged exterior siding for my house. Con: 1.) Arrived late 2.) He described 2 situations in which the repair could be done, I asked him for a quote for both, Andy responded with: "I'm very busy and cannot prepare you both quotes, just pick one." 3.)
