This is a complaint against the carpet cleaning company AJ ChemDry who really messed up our bedroom carpet and will not do anything about it. It was real wet for over a week after they finished. I called them and they said “Jeremy must have had a problem with the equipment”. Our carpet feels swishy and different from the last time they cleaned it. It’s causing us to have stuffy sinuses and itching. This is happening since 3 weeks before Christmas. They won’t answer our calls or respond to our problem. Ron Frazier.
I only let them clean my carpets. They come on time and work efficiently ! Really nice people, and they do a great job!

Jeremy and Erika did a great job. My 23yr old pale off white carpet looks like new. 40 year old entry way carpet looks fantastic. Lift recliner chair looks good. The were very professional and respectful of our home. Great job.
