I was shocked in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE at the level of customer service provided by this company! Due to no fault of their own, the wrong size dumpster was ordered. I realized it as the dumpster was being offloaded onto my driveway … and had to stop the driver in his tracks. Given the situation I was very apologetic but sort of expected some push back. We recently had a bathroom remodel that required an unexpected dumpster for the project. I was referred to AJ Carnevale and decided to go with them. I called and spoke to Victoria and I was told that I needed a permit for a the dumpster to be dropped in front of our home. I was able to get the permit and pay for the dumpster the same day. I recently used AJ Carnevale for dumpster rental, trash and appliance removal. They were nothing but perfect. The dumpster arrived and was picked up exactly when planned.
