They are building a home subdivision in Sunset Hills and one of their dump trucks accidentally dropped a bit of dirt on the road. I watched the driver get out with a shovel and scoop it off the road. That is the customer service and thoughtfulness I build into my own company so it was nice to see another doing the same.

I have worked with Mike for over a dozen years and have found him to be one of the best contractors around. He does what he says he is going to do. Meets deadlines, and is responsive to his clients. Affordable and high quality work.

Asked Borzillo to estimate an important renovation job. He asked for a few weeks to work up numbers. Several weeks later after hearing nothing, I called a few times and he would not return calls. Mike is not a professional. He is a typical builder who cannot be trusted to do the simplest things, much less build a 750K home. If you can't handle the small stuff, you can't handle the big. You have been warned about Borzillo. Find another builder who is competent and treats people with respect.
