Ordered hours in advance, paid online and included a tip. We do not live close by so we were on our way there when we got a call from them that it would be at least 45 minutes until they could get our order made. We showed up and they were unkind and argumentative. They refunded my my food money but not the tip. I pointed that out and they said there wasn't anything more they could do. To top it off my disabled veteran husband couldn't park in the handicap spot because their delivery driver parked in the only handicap space.... read more
