Never returned calls after the first initial contact. Despite after being informed that I would receive a call back. This occured on numerous occasions. Curiously informed that I could drive with a stretched timing chain. After seeking a different opinion it is considered common knowledge by leading mechanics not to drive with a stretched timing chain. Not worth the hassle and stress. In my opinion. They turned what was a stressful situation into a solution based exercise and provided a level of service that was greatly appreciated.
