Never returned calls after the first initial contact. Despite after being informed that I would receive a call back. This occured on numerous occasions. Curiously informed that I could drive with a stretched timing chain. After seeking a different opinion it is considered common knowledge by leading mechanics not to drive with a stretched timing chain. Not worth the hassle and stress. In my opinion. The team at AJs went above and beyond to complete the required work on my daughter’s car. They turned what was a stressful situation into a solution based exercise and provided a level of service that was greatly appreciated. Trustworthy, honest, and considerate in the way they handled what turned out to be a far more extensive job then originally first thought. I cannot recommend AJ‘s enough!
