We bought a Jeep that's full of black mold. We have been waiting for 3 weeks for the owner to refund our down payment. No one will answer the phone. When we test drove a truck we sat on the side of the road for an hour waiting on a battery. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time here.
The most horrible experience. We bought a vehicle in 2020. They never gave us the title. They still appear as a link holder. I can't change it. I moved to another state. The lady was very rude and told me that if I don't have it, I have it. I never received the title. I have all the proof of payment and they don't want to give me the title. They say they don't have it. What the hell is that? How do they sell a car that doesn't have the title? They can’t give me a replacement title
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / Yesterday I went to check out both of there car lots they have one in south Cumberland which is this one I first went too , an the other one is by food lion, I had 4k to put down on a vehicle, it seemed like they didn’t want to sale a car, they were not even interested in showing me a vehicle around, there lot.
