I had an extremely disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me, and when I asked questions about my car’s issues, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. I brought my car to this mechanic hoping to resolve some issues, but the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After leaving my car in their hands, I was assured that the problems would be fixed. However, when I picked up my car, none of the issues were resolved--not a single one. Miguel and his partner took such amazing care of my car. Miguel repaired my front brakes at a fraction of the price that I paid to get my back brakes replaced at a popular chain tire store. He is incredibly knowledgeable of automobile engineering and is an honest and caring person. Thank you so much!

I’ve been taking my car to A and j auto for a long time and I am always grateful for the service that I get
