Doctor was very helpful and friendly during our toughest situation.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical centre. I informed the staff that I was unable to physically attend due to severe pain and requested to speak with a doctor to obtain a medical certificate for work. Despite this, I was booked in with Dr. Sittampalam Ragavan who, after being informed that I have stage 4 endometriosis and had taken strong painkillers making it unsafe for me to drive, refused to issue a certificate. I am extremely frustrated with the constant delays despite booking well in advance. This is the third time I've experienced this issue. While I am very happy with the treatment I receive from Dr. Ragavan, who is an excellent doctor, the waiting times are unacceptable. It is infuriating to wait beyond 15-20 minutes for an appointment. Today, I have been waiting for over half an hour for my 10:30 am appointment, and this is simply not acceptable.
