You contact the so called professionals for legal advice and get shut up and shut down. Some situations are stressful enough without talking to an arrogant and condescending person. Doesn't see the issue with what I spoke on usually because it resonates with their own activity past and or present.

I am grateful for Terri and all the help she gave me and my family in probating my father's will. I was completely clueless as to the steps required and she took me through every step, filing all necessary forms and helping to get any required signatures. I would highly recommend Aitkens & Aitkens for any legal needs.
My sister and I, as executors of my father's estate, are so grateful that Terri Atkins helped us navigate the processes of probating my father's will. She did a magnificent job of educating the eleven heirs on those processes and helping us to complete them. My father would have had no one prepare his will other than Terri. Our family hired this law firm to handle our fathers estate. My best advice is to hire another firm!!! They are not upfront about their fees and have charged us triple what we were quoted. Our situation was not very complicated. We really wish we had hired another firm. Save yourself from Aitkens & Aitkens while you can!
