We called Aiken Robertson to seek out some help and get some advice on how to proceed with a legal matter. Richard Aitken was kind enough to take the time to explain everything to us and gave us a lot of clarification on our matter. He didn't end up being the type of legal help we needed but he still took the time to talk us through our next steps and gave us contact information on who to call next. Richard was very friendly and we appreciate him taking time out of his day to help us.
Unfortunately, their "Flat Fees" is misleading. I paid a flat fee retainer and only received 2 hours of service before realizing I do not need their service. They are refusing to properly return the remaining funds. You will get emails from many different lawyers within the same company confusing you on who is your actual lawyer.
