Called for an auto quote on a Thursday. Was told I would get a call back on Monday. I had to call on Wednesday to ask why no one has gotten back with me. When I did receive a call, I was spoken to in a very rude and condescending manner. After I was yelled at, I said I didn't appreciate the customer service and thanks anyway. I cannot believe an agent would yell at a customer. Completely unacceptable.
