He deserves zero stars. On closing day I received call from Aitkin advising me to forget my house deal and look elsewhere. There was well over 12,000.00 in the sellers bank penalty fee and taxes owing on the house was buying. I should not have this happen when I hired an expensive and experienced lawyer. He was dismissive and advised me not to buy it and pay extra. As I sold my home and was living in a hotel, I had no choice.
