I posted a review previously but want to follow up with specifically what it’s like to be awake during a procedure with Dr. Smith for anyone weighing the general/local anesthesia decision. Dr. Smith is amazing: smart, funny, proactive, supportive! She has a unique, real-life approach from other surgeons I met - thinks about how her work impacts your everyday life. She did exactly what she said she could do, which is what every other surgeon told me couldn’t be done and said I wouldn’t like. Dr. Smith is so good, cares so much, takes the time to discuss things. Fabulous experience for my family member who went to her for breast reduction. Highly recommended!
