I would get censored in this review if I used the words I actually wanted to use. Aissa Alexeeva is one of the most useless people I have encountered in my life, let alone doctor. Even as a long term patient, when you finally, miraculously manage to get an appointment with her, despite stating VERY concerning symptom changes, she will simply blow you off and slightly change the dose of a medication and rush you out. I love dr Alexeeva she’s the best I been going to her for awhile now and I have to change because of insurance purposes I’m so upset

I can’t say how the Doctor is, never made it to the appointment. I am very understanding that COVID and life has happened, causing things to be less than easy/normal. I do not, however, understand how having a headache and brain fog and dizziness is not an emergency, I waited almost two months (headache every single day), only for them to call and unprofessionally cancel my appointment. They could not reschedule for almost another month?? This is unacceptable and disheartening.
