The critical reviews were accurate from what I experienced. Response: People use nicknames all the time or a shortened version of their names when just checking-in. Or in my case, I went with a friend and she signed in for the two of us. I am a customer. I am just trying to make other customers aware of my experience.
Naples Special Massage was wonderful and worth every penny. However I was charged extra $5 for nail shaping and another $5 for color removal. I am used to those items being included in the price of the fill and pedicure.

Loved the cleanliness and beautiful salon, as well as the people working there! Very kind ! Will go back , even my husband was so impressed he got his first ever pedicure!
