Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Booked through Vrbo. No instructions or communication was provided on how to access property. Spent hours on the phone with Vrbo and Expedia to resolve. Finally gained access. The rooms look nothing like advertised. We booked a suite for three people. The room only had a twin bed. Sofa did not pull out. The room was super small. Calling it a suite is ridiculous. There was no office staff to assist and they are unresponsive to email/text. Terrible place to stay! Drove 16 hours to stay in a room with no A/C and I called all cell numbers provided to try and get a different room and couldn’t get ahold of Ashley or the other lady.
This place was very close to where the festival I was in was happening, right downtown. The service was EXTRAORDINARY! I look forward to staying again. The place is nostalgic and comfy. I appreciate the quirks too!
Very comfortable, clean, and mostly quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I will stay there again if I return to Great Falls.
Unfortunately the rooms do not match the pictures they have on their booking site. I contacted them and said sorry I'm not staying and asked for a refund. No refund issued. It's not a horrible place just not what was advertised. I booked a deluxe double suite. There was nothing deluxe. Just a small 2 bed motel room, no couch or amenities as shown in their photos.
