All the reviews about the rude customer service are true. After seeing how they treated my friend before her appointment, they not only lost her as a customer, but myself as well and all my other friends who are getting married in the area. Stay away - there are places inc Chicago that offer much better experiences, nicer dresses, and better prices.
When looking for my wedding dress, I visited both Aisle Chic locations and they both were equally amazing. My stylists were kind, knowledgeable and not pushy. Stella at the Chicago location helped me find my dream dress! She was mindful of my budget and made the whole experience very enjoyable! I would highly recommend!
I confirmed this appointment months in advance since was coordinating my wedding dress shopping weekend since had family coming in from out of town. I had my confirmation email but they had lost my appointment and did not honor my appointment, instead favoring people who booked after me. The women were incredibly rude instead blaming me for not getting a confirmation text this week and following up with them and even locked the doors after we left.
Honestly not the best place to go, their selection is very small and just heavy dresses. We arrived about 5-7 minutes early, the receptionist pointed out that we are “a tad early” so expect to wait for the stylist to be ready. Already starting off weird, we signed the papers, started looking at dresses because we were told via email that we could start looking and collecting dresses. The receptionist comes in and says we are not allowed to touch the dresses that the stylist will collect them for us…. Okay so we put them back... read more
Amanda, my stylist, was lovely to work with. She was very accommodating and helpful and provided me an excellent list of tailors. I found a dress within 2 hours of being there and was so happy with my dress on my wedding day.
