Disappointed 😞 betrayed 😥
I was installing a timing belt when the instructions that came with the Aisin kit were damaged beyond repair. I contacted customer service and asked if a new set could be sent out. They told me they could email me the docs. but I needed a hard copy. They said they would send them out. WHAT I DID NOT EXPECT WAS TO GET THEM THE NEXT DAY VIA FED-EX!!! Yahoo!!! What great customer support. I will always recommend Aisin products!!
