Very unprofessional. The attitude I received was unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust this place with my hair or my eyebrows. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve even one star. Instead of dismissing negative reviews, they should take them seriously and improve their customer service.
Very unprofessional. I was given incorrect information over the phone, and instead of taking responsibility, they gave me attitude. Customer communication is terrible, and they made me feel like I was a burden rather than a paying customer. After that experience, I didn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my eyebrows. I won’t be coming back.
I came to get a haircut, I had really long hair and showed the lady my reference picture also told her till where to cut and i want a butterfly cut BUTT SHE MESSED UP MY HAIR SO BADDDDD LIKE NOW I CANT EVEN STYLE THEM AND I LOOK LIKE A CLOWN!! ITS BEEN A MONTH I CAME HERE TO REVIEW CUS I WAS LIKE MAYBE IM STYLING BAD BUT NO THEY LOOK HORRIBLE AFTER THEY GOT LONG TOO.
This location has a very poor booking system. They double book folks and then call and have clients rebook based on the salons convenience.
