Not an honest place, went to get a hair cut and paid double for what I needed to. I asked for layering and shampoo. When it was time to pay she charged me for the premium cut plus shampoo. To what I know premium cut is shampoo, cut, and blow out. I didn’t know that in store, I just paid and went my way.
