Fast, convenient & helpful
Very fast and reliable. Answers the phone and questions as soon as they can. Great customer service, will work with you. Alameda office is very clean, safe and easy to find.
They accepts walk-ins, but I called ahead for quota and was able to do live scan/ fingerprints. It's a small office space. They were quick, fast, simple and easy! Definitely recommend. There's a parking lot compare to street parking in Oakland.
