Aisha's salon is such a gem. She and her stylist, Sophia are professionals and genuinely cares about the clients. The salon is clean, my appointment started on time and they finished my braids exactly within my timeframe. I walked out very happy today. Thank u so much. Yvette
I originally left a 5-star review because we had such a positive experience at my daughter's appointment. Maya was incredibly patient and gentle with my daughter's very sensitive scalp, and she took the time to make sure she was comfortable throughout the appointment. We left really happy with both the experience and how beautiful the braids looked. Unfortunately, I need to update my review based on what happened afterward. I really wanted to love this salon because there were many things they did well. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere with lovely music. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the hairstyling itself. I have 4C hair, and based on my experience, I don't think the stylists had the level of expertise needed for my hair type. The shampoo service was the first disappointment.
