The owner is very unprofessional . She treats her Braiders like ish. When she doesn’t put the effort of serving you she lose patience and pretends the Braider is ill. I hope her service improve however will be contacting the better business bureau over the the injustice received.

Its a discrace it stinks in there they argue loudly with each other , you go there before the place opens you wait and they tell you after 1 hour they can't do yourchilds hair one-time I was asked to comeback 3 times it specifically children they do this to don't leave you child in there they will be passed over…..
Went in last WED to get 2 simple braids. My middle part wasn’t straight NEITHER WERE THE BRAIDS. The hair wasn’t combed to blend into the braids. When she was done she just unevenly slap braid gel. I said it was uneven ant not nearly done neatly.Her excuse was my hair was thick … last time I checked this is an African braiding salon, thickness of hair should nvr be an excuse because of why my hair looked like my 12 yr old niece did them.
