Would NEVER return. Two different braiders, some big knots, some small knots... asked for certain length and she did longer and charged more and claimed it was because of the color I chose. (Never mentioned beforehand) Mixed different color hair, and braids were slipping in a week.
Keeps giving you the run around. She will agree to do your hair, then go ghost. I usually go to fantah’s and get my hair braided by Rugi. She’s been doing my hair for years. If she wasn’t on vacation I wouldn’t have reached out to this establishment.
Very unprofessional I called and booked an appointment for stitch braids and was told to come at 9 am came and had to wait until 11 pm for them to tell me they didn’t do the style I asked for this is the second time they did this I would never go back there rude and they tell you one price over the phone and when you come in person they up the charge

She did my daughter hair, the hair was itching my daughter, and the boho braids were loose after 2 weeks, the owner tells lies when you ask to come in for her to see be careful when she does your hair
