I Came in for Spring braids today not happy at all. When I expressed myself didn't like it how it looks seems like she has attitude. She rushed to do my hair, to go to the next client. She made me pay for each box of hair and charge me for the braiding. Asked for my hair to be cleaned and neat. She didn't do it. Usually I don't like complaining but today was an horrible experience. They DO NOT DO KNOTLESS BRAIDS. THEY TOLD ME one thing and did another. Won't do anything I ask for. Yes simple old-school braids only. No actual styles. Too many braids on thin hair. Im never going back.
