These people have no customer service skills!! I have never delt with a company that cares so less! They think they are the only company in Michigan that can provide their service! I will never use these people again! I got my excavator back with more problems than it went in. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I had a insurance job, I sent over the check in March they held on to it till July and would have long if I hadnt called and found out my signature was missing. WHO DOES THAT!
