They have been performing construction without a permit at my next door neighbor’s apartment for almost a month now. The permit expired 12/31, and it’s now 1/20. A nightmare. And you would think that if a construction crew performs construction work without a permit, they would do so quietly. Nope. They blare loud music throughout the day. It’s a nuisance of a company.
I worked with Alex on a total home renovation from late 2020 into early 2021. Let me say this: I will never use any other contractor for as long as I live in Astoria! Alex is thorough, honest, patient, a perfectionist, and most importantly, accountable. He was present daily on site to overlook all the work being done, always responsive, offered great suggestions and didn’t run away the second you gave him final payment.
