Teams 1 & 2, Fausto, Rafael, Edgar, Brayan & Abel, did a great job. The left everything clean, worked steadily, were responsive, efficient and pleasant.
1 Year after the install - Update AIS recently conducted their 1 year checkup on the HVAC system they installed. Leon Riviera was our technician for this. Key observations include: * The technician arrived on time. * I appreciated that AIS sent a text message ahead of time to alert me the technician would be arriving soon. * Leon was very courteous and professional. The crew texted they were coming, arrived on time, were polite and professional, cleaned up afterwards, and finished ahead of their estimated time.
I chose AIS after getting a few quotes from AC companies in the area. I appreciated how professional they were and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The installation went great, and the work looked very professional. They listened to my feedback to make sure the system works exactly how I liked (e.g. only kicks into high speed when significant temperature change is needed) and they came back right away when the city inspector noted a small problem. Fausto and Abel came early in the morning to remove old furnace and air condition. And installed new HVAC. They spent whole day to get the furnace and air condition systems installed. They did a good quality job. I give them high 5 rating. AIS also gave me one day before and alert on their arrival.
