We had a new Tesla Powerwall 3 installed Firstly the customer service in the office was great followed by their tradesmen who did an excellent job installing the battery. They talked us through the features of the battery. Explained how worked it and cleaned up prior to leaving Paris was our installer and he was a pleasure to work with and the quality of his work combined with his knowledge and experience makes him an asset to the company Highly recommend this company

Max and Alina and the whole AIS team were simply sensational. They accommodated our install at late notice, despite the busiest period of the year for them. The price and sales process was easy, clear, and transparent. On the day the team were organised, and executed well despite a few showers throughout the day. AIS really do care about the people. I had a warranty repair Tesla gateway installed. There was a Tesla software issue that happened after installation and the they were there until that is resolved by Tesla. Normal sparkie would just install it and run away. I really appreciate that AIS didn't.
