Possibly the most incompetent organization I've ever worked with. They coordinated a backsplash install on behalf of the Home Depot and sent the most unprofessional contractors into my house. The first one walked off the job after tearing my walls apart and left my home a disaster for over a month, come to find out he did the same thing to others. Very poor Home Depot purchase Carpet on stairs Original install they pulled off my brand new base trim and installed the carpet to the floor. Then the tech stopped 1/2 way saying the carpet is wrong ?!?! He left with half the stairs done. It was over 5 weeks until they said they would return. I did not receive any calls or text prior to the new installation date. AIS installation out of Grayling are top notch. Nikki followed up with calls and texts updates to when installers would be there how are they doing is everything good with your job. Workers were personable went over install before starting and finish walk through. We are pleased . Thank you
The worst experience ever, I would never have these people in my home again. First time we ordered carpet from a big box store. We love the carpet and it is very plushy like I wanted. However, the installation was a totally terrible experience. First day they came they were very rude and they left dirty footprints all the way through my house. After 5 months the seam was like a mountain and VERY visible down the ENTIRE seam. ( i have had carpet my entire life and never seen a seam job like the one I got). They sent someone out who literally stuck scissors in the carpet and pulled it from the glue so it would lay flat???? ( I questioned this and was told this is how it is done...and the installer told me he would NOT be doing more than this as it was after 4pm!).
