The installers were great. Fast efficient. My carpet looks great. They cleaned everything up beautifully. Yeni even helped me tighten my door handles while the doors were off. I was very pleased with them and recommend their service.
We were so happy with AIS for our carpet installation. Not only were they able to schedule on the day we needed (going on vacation and other construction limited days available), but they actually showed up when they were scheduled, did a beautiful job and finished in a timely manner. Since the rest of our construction was not showing up when scheduled, having these guys be able to finish that up was very important and relieved some stress.
I felt very happy with my install experience. I made my purchase through home depot and ais installed through them. I was contacted through email and phone for setup time to install and what would happen if items were would happen if items did not arrive for them in time. Very reasonable for services provided. Yeni also contacted before install for what i needed to do to be prepared and after to make sure i was happy. Very professional, hardly any leftover carpet so not much waste. Sent 3 guys over and carpeted 4 room and they got it done in 4 hrs.!
Andy and his coworker was our installer and they were great! Very professional and kind, cleaned up after themselves and took extra care to work around my family and pets. Amber texted me the very next morning asking how it went and answered questions I had. Would definitely use AIS again in the future! Thank you!
