More customer service the first years were fine then it fell to bits
We have used AIS for a number of years for our plotter machine (before I started at our company) The response time and follow has been very timely. It's one less thing we have to chase up to make sure our plotter is being serviced.
If I have questions in the office about how to do this or that using the copier, they do not hesitate to find the answers. They had to replace one of the inner printer drums and the shipping took a little longer than expected: but the tech was very professional and as soon as the part came in, he was here. He made sure my copies looked clean and the problem was solved before he left. I wish our office's phone service was this accommodating!
We leased and then bought our Kyocera copier through AIS back in 2004 and have had them do preventative service which keeps it running like a champ. Very accommodating and genuinely helpful. Best of all, they listen and take the time to understand what we do. They make us aware of new stuff but don't pressure or upsell us. We brought in the software guys when we went to Windows 10 for a reasonable amount and updated our drivers and set things up so we can to and print from any computer.
