Alex is very knowledgeable and they were able to offer me a same day appointment to replace my condenser.
We just rented a new home and the management company contracted this company to come take a look at our ac. And someone came over for 2 1/2 hours and the ac still doesnt work.
Once again, our favorite HVAC company, Air Zone Heating and Air Conditioning, Buda, Texas, saved us from a hot sleepless night. Their technician, Danny, tacked us on his schedule at the end of his very long work day. As usual, he arrived smiling, and ready to solve our issue(a faulty valve in our indoor unit). 2016 this company installed a new ac unit. I have had this company come out and service. Over the years it seems the customer service has declined. The owner never remembers who we are when we call. We have spent a lot of money and seems they would have the records.
